Only one hundred and fifty nine days until the 2009 Crossfit games!!! Unlike the past two years there will now be regional qualifying games to determine the field of competitors. This years Nor Cal qualifier will take place on May 2nd-3rd in Aronas, CA; and judging by last year’s strong showing by Northern California athletes the competition will be top notch.

So, keep an ear tuned for the Crossfit games info as well as some local “tune-ups” with our affiliate friends from the North State!
