Having recently seen the energy and spirit of the “Crossfit Games” it is only nature to try and duplicate such an experience here in Oroville. Well, Fight Gone Bad IV will be an opportunity for us to do just that! Fight Gone Bad IV is a fundraising event that supports prostate cancer research and education (click here). This event also helps to support our troops via the Wounded Warrior foundation (click here). This is a chance to support some deserving causes, represent Crossfit in the Northern california region, and have a good time completing a scorcher of a workout.
More info will be forthcoming. You can also visit the Fight Gone Bad IV website (click here)

Our affiliate put on some amazing performances. Here they after completing the last workout of the day with their favorite coaches. If you see them in the gym give them a high five for their hard work and amazing effort.
