Below is a sneak peak at two of the stations that will be part of our gym-wide workout to determine the participants who will represent L10XF in next years “Affiliate Cup.”  The “CrossFit Games” are going to be held July 16th-18th 2010 so our preparation for the event is only a few short months away.

At this point there are four workouts planned.  More details will follow as a date for our event is picked and the rules are made clear. Rest assured the workouts will involve movements that have never before been programed here at L10XF.
