		<description>Oooo, the nervous excitement is starting to build up!  Great workouts Santos.  So for workout #3, I just want to make sure that we are going straight from cleans to KB swings without rest and since there are no specs on the weighted pullups that the weight can be held anywhere on yourself.</description>
