We incorporate functional movements including, but not limited to weightlifting, basic gymnastics, calisthenics, plyometrics, kettlebell training, medicine ball training, and overall cardiovascular conditioning. Properly performed these movements are safe and beneficial for kids, older adults and anyone in between who wants to improve their quality of life through movement.
