Upcoming Events
Our summer goal is to complete the infamous “Fight Gone Bad” workout as close to Rx as possible. Being that this is brutal workout, we are preparing in our normal CrossFit fashion-incremental progression! Through out the summer we will be visiting this workout with a twist. We have named the workout “Fractured FGB” our goal is to periodically visit this workout, each time ramping up the weights and rounds, while simultaneously toning down the rest time between movements and rounds. The final test will be on Saturday August 16th when we complete the full three round version of the workout. Also, in addition to a kick butt workout we will have a barbecue to follow. L10XF would love to see as many new faces as we can so plan ahead for this end of summer bash.
