6am Matt,

The weights will be on par with many regional, sectional and games events, however, with some odd object lifting, farmers walks and sled pulls etc. I will be posting teaser pictures of the equipment used for the workouts shortly. Thanks for the interest.

I was thinking about coming up there for a couple of days and doing a wod with you guys on friday and then doing the competition on saturday.

when you say "strong man style" does this mean real heavy lifts?
I can do all crossfit wods with out scaling but I cant put more then 200lbs over head. would I be able to compete with these strong men stuff? or would I most likley have to scale?? any info helps cause we may get a small group to come out there...thanks matt f (6am matt)
